Terms of service
Last updated: 7 September 2026. 1. Who publishes this site This site is published by RILOG, NIE Z4002038C, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spagna). By using it you accept what follows. The contract for using the NoloForWeb software is a separate document: what you read here concerns the site, the information published on it and demo requests. 2. What you find here The site describes NoloForWeb, shows its features and lets you request a demo or subscribe to updates. The application screens are illustrative reconstructions with invented data, and the brands shown as examples do not belong to real customers. 3. Fair use You may read and print the pages for personal or professional use. You may not reproduce their content to publish it elsewhere, try to bypass the protection of the reserved areas, overload the service with automated submissions or use the forms to send unsolicited messages. 4. Prices and published information The pricing model shown — €1 per rental contract closed, with a minimum of 100 contracts a month — is commercial information, not a contractual offer. The written quote and the signed contract prevail. The features described may change as the product evolves. 5. Demo requests Requesting a demo binds neither you nor us. We undertake to get back to you within a reasonable time; you undertake to give an email address that belongs to you and truthful details. 6. Intellectual property The NoloForWeb name, the texts, the graphics, the trade marks and the software of this site belong to the publisher or to those who licensed them. Visiting the site grants no licence over any of them. 7. Availability We do what we can to keep the site reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, faults and causes beyond our control may make it unavailable. We may change, suspend or remove pages at any time. 8. Liability The site is informative in purpose. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the site, nor for the content of the external sites we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including consumer rights. 9. Personal data and cookies How we handle the data collected through the forms is explained in the privacy policy; cookies have their own page. Both are part of these terms. 10. Changes We may update these terms: the version that counts is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting it. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction Spanish law applies. The courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the consumer's forum where mandatory rules provide for it.
