The questions we always get

What counts as a contract?

A rental contract closed within the month, whatever its length, its value and the number of vehicles it covers. Quotes, bookings never converted and cancelled contracts do not count.

What if I close fewer than 100 contracts in a month?

You pay the €100 minimum and nothing else: that is the only fixed part. Above 100 contracts, every extra contract adds €1.

Does the price change if I add branches, vehicles or users?

No. Branches, vehicles and users are unlimited and cost nothing. The only variable is how many contracts you close.

What happens to the data in the system I use today?

We import it: customers, vehicles, price lists and contract history go through a guided migration, with a check before going live.

Is my data mixed with other rental companies'?

No. Every company has a dedicated database, with independent backup and restore. That is also why you can take everything with you whenever you want.

How long does it take to go live?

30 days — from signature to the first handover, data migration included.

What would it actually cost you?

Tell us how many contracts you close in a month: we do the maths together, with no hidden subscription and no surprise at renewal.
