Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 1. Who processes your data The controller is RILOG, NIE Z4002038C, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spagna). For anything concerning this notice or your data, write to info@rilogi.it. 2. What we collect Data you give us. When you request a demo or subscribe to our updates we collect your email address and, if you fill them in, your company name and the size of your fleet. We keep alongside them the site language, the exact wording of the consent you ticked and when you gave it, your IP address in anonymised form and where the visit came from (search engine, campaign, referring site). Identification through an external provider. If you choose to identify yourself with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn, we receive only your email address from the provider. That identity opens no area of the site: the request still has to be confirmed through the link we email you. Browsing data. For every page viewed we record the page, the language, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the address, the device type, the country and your IP address with the last part zeroed (for example 203.0.113.0). We do not use cookies to count visits and we do not reconstruct one person's path. If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing. Customer area. If you are already a customer, signing in to the reserved area involves your credentials and the data of your licence and domain. 3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis — Answering your demo or information request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). — Sending you the newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. — Understanding which pages are read and where visitors come from: our legitimate interest in measuring the site in a non-identifying way (Art. 6(1)(f)). — Site security and abuse prevention on forms: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). — Accounting and tax obligations for customers: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). 4. Two-step confirmation Subscriptions are double opt-in: after you send the form you receive an email with a link. Until you open it the request stays pending, and it is deleted when the link expires. This is how we make sure the address is really yours. 5. How long we keep it — Demo requests and contacts: until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion and, failing that, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. — Subscriptions never confirmed: deleted when the confirmation link expires. — Browsing statistics: 12 months, then deleted automatically. — Contractual and accounting data of customers: for the period the law requires. 6. Who else sees it The data stays on our systems and on those of the suppliers that keep them running: the hosting service, with servers in the European Union, and the mail service we use to send confirmations and replies (Google). They are appointed as processors and act only on our behalf and on our instructions. We do not sell or hand your data to anyone. 7. Transfers outside the European Union The mail service may involve a transfer to the United States. It takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the further safeguards the supplier provides. 8. Your rights At any time you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent: withdrawal does not affect what was lawful before. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works on its own, without writing to us. For everything else write to info@rilogi.it: we answer within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the one in the country where you live or work. 9. Automated decisions We take no automated decisions and carry out no profiling producing legal effects on you. 10. Changes If we change this notice we update the date at the top; if the change matters, we tell you by email.
