An MCP server inside the rental software

Modern assistants connect to business systems through MCP, an open protocol. NoloForWeb exposes one, so the assistant you already use becomes a way to question your rental business.

What you can ask

The questions that cost you half an hour of reporting today

The available tools cover the areas you look at every day. The assistant combines them on its own to answer.

Fleet and deadlines

Fleet status, vehicles by category, the file of one plate, road tax and inspections falling due.

Contracts

Live rentals, the detail of one contract, revenue totals by period, group or branch.

Bookings

Search, detail and real availability before promising a vehicle on the phone.

Movements between branches

Transfers, totals and fleet imbalance between one site and another.

Fines and drivers

Tickets to rebill, the driver's file, documents about to expire.

Competitor rates

Comparison with the price lists you track, to see where you are off the market.

How it connects

Three steps, once only

No software to install on the office computers: the connection lives between the assistant and your NoloForWeb.

01

You switch the server on

The MCP server travels with your NoloForWeb, on your domain. We turn it on together at activation.

02

You connect the assistant

In the assistant you add the connection and authorise access with your company credentials.

03

You ask questions

From then on the assistant answers on your data, always within the permissions of whoever authorised it.

Security

What the assistant sees, and what it cannot do

Connecting an assistant does not mean opening the database. Access goes through the same controls as the rest of the system and stays on record.

OAuth authorisation

No password pasted into the assistant: access is granted and revoked whenever you want.

One company at a time

Tenant resolution applies here too: no other rental company's data can be reached.

Queries, not writes

The tools read. Operations that change data go through the official flows of the system.

Frequent questions about AI

Is my data used to train models?

No. The assistant reads it to answer you, inside the conversation. NoloForWeb does not pass it to anyone and does not use it for training.

Do I need a subscription to the assistant?

Yes: the assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) stays your own service, with its own contract. NoloForWeb provides the connection, not the assistant.

Can the assistant delete a contract by mistake?

No. The exposed tools query; operations that change data stay in the system, with the usual permissions and checks.

Does it work with our own company assistant?

Yes, if it speaks MCP. It is an open standard: any compatible client can connect.

Let's try it on your data

We connect the assistant to a test environment with your own archives: half an hour is enough to see whether you really need it.
